How can social media help effectively grow your business?
That was the main question asked and then answered by Jason Versaggi of the Rising Tide Group; Inna Trinidad, owner of Kaleidoscope Toys; and Bina Valenzano, Third Avenue Merchants marketing director, at the MTA meeting held Tuesday, March 6.
Business leaders gathered at the spacious Beebo Seafood & Raw Bar Restaurant, owned by Ihab Beebo and Abraham Fallah, for the meeting, which was sponsored by Northfield Bank, led by Branch Manager Brian Chin.
The evening’s presentations gave those in the know and those in need of knowledge an outline of the basics of social media’s power in branding one’s business, making new connections and bringing significant attention to store activities, both before and after events.
MTA President Robert Howe was pleased by the large turnout and praised the threesome of presenters for giving valuable information to many who use social media in business but haven’t been aware of all of its benefits.
